Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the operation of a single restaurant location. Responsibilities include hiring, supervising, and directing team members to meet financial targets and deliver outstanding guest service. You will be responsible for ensuring your store's success.

Training and Support

New hires will undergo a leadership training program lasting three or more weeks to prepare for this role.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma
• Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius of home if needed
• Availability to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Food safety certification such as ServSafe

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Working conditions include standing for extended periods, exposure to heat and steam, and operating kitchen equipment such as knives and steam tables. The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and effectively communicate in a fast-paced, noisy environment. Adaptability and conflict management skills are essential.
