Job description
Role Overview
As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations including visual merchandising, performance management, recruitment, employee training, scheduling, and inventory control. You will ensure all company policies and best practices are strictly followed to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all in-store activities to guarantee adherence to company policies.
- Lead, inspire, and develop staff to meet performance targets.
- Participate in visual presentation, shelf stocking, as well as packaging and unpacking daily shipments.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and manage complex issue resolution.
- Implement and uphold visual presentation standards consistently.
- Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
- Manage cash operations, including store opening and closing as required.
- Provide performance feedback and assign tasks effectively.
- Fulfill managerial duties such as overseeing breaks and attendance.
- Take accountability for hiring and evaluating staff performance.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least two years of retail experience.
- Minimum two years managing a team.
- High availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management competence.
- Robust problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
