Panda Express is seeking an experienced leader to join their store management team, dedicated to both professional and personal growth of our associates. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training along with ongoing mentorship and community support designed to equip you for success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the entire operation of one location. This includes hiring, supervising, and guiding team members towards achieving financial targets while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership directly influences the store's success.

Training

New managers will undergo a comprehensive 8-week (or longer) leadership training program to prepare for the role.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of the current residence if necessary.
• Flexible availability for varied shift schedules including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs dictate.
• Current Serve Safe food safety certification.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

This role involves working in environments with heat and steam, requiring prolonged standing and lifting up to 50 pounds. Staff use kitchen tools such as Chinese cook knives and must maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, noisy, and constrained workspace. Effective verbal communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and conflict management skills are essential.

Salary Range

Pay ranges from $32 to $35 per hour, influenced by location, experience, and other factors. Bonus eligibility is not guaranteed and may change without notice.
