Key Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the entire operation of a single store. Your duties include recruiting, supervising, and guiding team members to reach financial objectives and guarantee outstanding guest service. You hold responsibility for the overall success of the store. Comprehensive leadership training lasting eight or more weeks is provided to prepare you thoroughly for this role.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A high school diploma is mandatory
• Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius of current home if needed
• Availability to work varied schedules including opening, closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business demands
• Serve Safe food safety certification required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The role involves working in hot and confined kitchen spaces, frequently standing for long durations. Job functions require preparing both hot and cold food, using kitchen tools like Chinese cook knives, and maintaining speed without compromising accuracy. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand up to four hours at a time, and reach across counters approximately 36 inches high. The environment is fast-paced with high noise levels and limited storage space. Effective communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and conflict management skills are essential.

Salary Information

The pay range for this position is from $27 to $30 per hour. Individual pay is determined by factors such as location and experience. Bonus programs may change or be discontinued at the company's discretion without prior notice.
