Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Candidate must be willing to relocate within a 50-mile radius if necessary.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule that may include opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.
• Certification in Food Safety: Serve Safe is required.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The position involves working in hot kitchen environments with exposure to steam and food vapors. Employees are often on their feet for extended periods up to four hours and must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. The role demands working in fast-paced, noisy conditions, using kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives and reaching across 36-inch counters to serve customers. Effective communication skills, adaptability, and conflict management abilities are essential to succeed in this dynamic setting.
