About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, supervising, and guiding associates to meet financial objectives while delivering an outstanding guest experience. The role involves managing all facets that contribute to a store’s success. A leadership training program of at least three weeks is provided to equip you for this responsibility.

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma is mandatory
- Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of the home store if required
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must have Food Safety certification such as Serve Safe
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
The job requires standing for extended periods in hot, confined workspaces with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Tasks involve preparing hot and cold foods, using kitchen tools including Chinese cook knives, and working efficiently under noisy conditions. Effective communication, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
