Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Guarantee adherence to all procedures and implement correct protocols, proactively resolving any gaps.
- Oversee in-store operations including logistics, administration, and the Approved For Sale (AFS) process.
- Maintain optimal organization of the Back of House (BOH) area to effectively support sales staff.
- Achieve stock inventory and stocktaking objectives consistently.
- Assist store management with day-to-day boutique operations, including scheduling (ROTA) aligned with customer traffic demands.
- Ensure client service is well-supported at all times by providing suitable equipment and fostering efficient teamwork, including services like food and beverage.
- Maintain continuous availability of store supplies, such as packaging and food and beverage items.
- Support seamless integration between online and offline store systems and processes.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Exhibit a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrate ability to coordinate back office tasks to aid the sales operations.
- Capable of cooperating closely with the Store Manager and Headquarters to support business goals.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of retail and operational procedures to guarantee smooth store functioning.
