Stocking 1 Team Associate

Position Overview

This role involves providing excellent customer service through completing assigned stocking tasks effectively. The Associate will accurately stock new merchandise and replenish picks in a secure and tidy setting, working collaboratively within a team to organize and perform duties aligned with workload and daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous and friendly greetings to customers, assist in product promotion and location, support purchase decisions, address customer concerns, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Assess daily workload for the designated store sections.
• Correctly sign merchandise upon receipt.
• Maintain proper shelf organization and uphold modular standards, preventing shelf capacity issues.
• Manage merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to help maintain product availability for customers.
• Use the correct fixtures, supplies, and tools necessary to fulfill assigned tasks.
• Support a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by abiding by company safety policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Prepare the backroom efficiently to facilitate stock unloading processes.

Compensation

The entry-level hourly wage for this role begins at $16.15 CAD, also stated in French as $16.15 de l'heure.
