Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, assist them in choosing products, promote items and services, help locate merchandise, support purchasing decisions, and address or escalate customer inquiries as necessary.
• Maintain assigned sales floor zones and provide backup coverage at the Front End when needed, coordinating with team members to ensure continuous floor coverage and customer satisfaction.
• Keep the sales area organized and clean by zoning assigned sections, repositioning featured merchandise to proper locations, and handling recovery merchandise from Customer Service and other store locations.
• Stock shelves and pick items, perform downstocking duties, place product protection as necessary, and execute modular setups including flexible modules and new shelf caps.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by adhering to company protocols, completing safety logs, and securing displays and fixtures appropriately.
• Maintain work schedule flexibility to cover various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support operational continuity and customer service excellence.

Challenges in the Role

• Manage a high volume of tasks efficiently in a fast-moving setting, including overnight shifts, by planning and managing energy levels carefully to stay focused throughout the shift.
• Perform physically demanding duties such as extended standing, bending, lifting inventory or equipment up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Carry out repetitive tasks like stocking and organizing products with consistent attention to detail to maintain store quality standards.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $15.50 per hour.
