Role Overview

The Senior Executive Corporate Engagement will focus on delivering and coordinating activities aimed at boosting corporate engagement, employer branding, stakeholder partnerships, and talent attraction. This includes leveraging engagement data and insights to improve internal and external relationships and support workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain effective relationships with universities, government bodies, professional organizations, and community partners in support of human capital priorities.
  • Manage partnership programs related to Emiratisation, internships, graduate recruitment, and workforce development, ensuring tracking of commitments and outcomes.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, conferences, networking events, and community initiatives to enhance its visibility and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate employer branding efforts alongside Marketing and Communications to maintain consistent and engaging messaging across platforms.
  • Organize and execute career fairs, recruitment drives, university outreach, and early-career initiatives to cultivate talent pools and raise candidate awareness.
  • Analyze market trends and benchmarking to suggest improvements for talent attraction programs.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives, including recognition, wellbeing, awareness, and corporate social responsibility activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend enhancements for future initiatives.
  • Prepare engagement plans, presentations, communications, and detailed reports to support informed decision-making and polished program delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of stakeholders, schedules, approvals, and deliverables in accordance with organizational standards and governance policies.
  • Monitor participation rates, partnership results, campaign performances, and overall program impact; provide clear analysis and recommendations to leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities and manage escalations for risks or delays with appropriate stakeholders for timely resolution.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in corporate engagement, stakeholder relations, employer branding, events, communications, or human capital are preferred.
