Battery Smart is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Station Operator at their Mumbai location. This opportunity welcomes freshers and provides comprehensive training to equip you for the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily activities at the battery swapping station effectively.
- Assisting customers throughout the battery swapping process to ensure smooth service.
- Keeping accurate records of battery inventory and station operations.
- Ensuring the station remains clean and adheres to safety standards.
- Following company standard operating procedures (SOPs) rigorously.
- Reporting any technical or operational problems to the appropriate team promptly.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to freshers with no prior experience required.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones is necessary.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and dependable work ethic.
- Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
Additional Information
- Salary range is ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month, with in-hand salary of ₹20,000.
- Benefits include Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) coverage.
