Job Overview

Support the Quality Inspector by facilitating their tasks and ensuring all products meet specified finished goods standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the production line consistently during each shift and at the end of each month.
• Complete daily production reports and deliver them to the Production Team Leader.
• Properly configure machines and execute necessary size adjustments.
• Handle raw materials carefully, including receiving, returning, and managing transfers to and from the Raw Material warehouse.
• Communicate promptly with the Lead Operator and Line Setter regarding any machine issues.
• Ensure finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are organized in their designated locations.
• Adhere strictly to safety and environmental protocols and actively engage in toolbox discussions led by the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) officer.
• Participate in all relevant organizational levels and activities related to the development, planning, implementation, assessment, and enhancement of the Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management system.
