Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a Skilled Helper to assist in various production support activities, mainly focusing on material handling, housekeeping, and implementing management systems to maintain efficient operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify required materials for the production process and manage the loading and unloading of these materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in adherence to 5S methodology standards.
- Determine materials that need to be loaded onto trucks for Raw Materials (RM) and Finished Goods (FG).
- Support segregation efforts by identifying rejected materials from production lines or returned by customers.
- Oversee the correct disposal of waste generated during production activities.
- Enforce and comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) policies and resolve any findings related to the functional area.
- Communicate and escalate IMS-related issues to the head of the department promptly.
