Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Gate Controller to join Napco National at our Dammam location. The role involves ensuring a secure and safe environment by strictly enforcing company policies related to health, safety, security, and environmental standards. The Gate Controller will actively monitor access points, provide assistance to individuals with special needs, and support management in maintaining compliance with all safety and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce company health, security, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist individuals with special needs at entry gates.
• Collaborate with management to guarantee complete adherence to Napco’s Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) procedures.
• Protect company properties against damage, theft, or misuse.
• Promptly report any safety or security issues to supervisors.
• Adhere fully to security protocols, including completing all necessary documentation.
• Supervise building entrances and electronic surveillance systems to maintain proper operation and secure premises.
• Follow all security instructions issued by the HSSE department.
• Maintain continual vigilance and presence at designated security posts during duty hours.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies, fulfilling designated roles effectively.
• Communicate with the safety team concerning safety matters and report any breaches in compliance.
• Manage unusual or problematic situations involving employees, contractors, or visitors; escalate as necessary.
• Work with plant management to oversee and resolve security-related issues, ensuring premises remain secure.
• Ensure the 5S organizational program is continuously applied within all security guard posts without prior notification.
