Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Picker / Packer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting customer orders from assigned storage areas, ensuring the right products, quantities, and quality standards are met. This role demands adherence to tight turnaround times and productivity benchmarks while supporting inventory control and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Precisely pick customer order items from designated locations or bins, verifying product and SKU correctness.
• Confirm the accurate quantity and uncompromised quality of all picked products before packing.
• Meet or exceed defined turnaround time (TAT) and productivity objectives during order picking.
• Inspect products for any visible damages, expiry dates, or quality deviations and report as necessary.
• Follow established scanning and order packing protocols to ensure correct processing.
• Keep inventory areas clean, organized, and properly arranged to facilitate operational efficiency.
• Assist with inventory checks including audits, cycle counts, and bin or rack evaluations.
• Adhere strictly to store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with Area Sales Manager (ASM) and Store Manager to resolve any operational challenges.

Additional Information

This position offers a monthly salary range of 17,000 to 20,000 INR. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks related to handling and packing products and maintain high standards of accuracy and cleanliness in a fast-paced retail environment.
