Key Responsibilities

• Bring to life the Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) by creating products and experiences that genuinely delight customers.
• Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring every workstation is clean, organized, and audit-ready.
• Provide leadership and support within your team to foster a culture focused on wellbeing, resilience, and collective success.
• Continuously develop your baking techniques and leadership capabilities with a curious and driven mindset.
• Effectively manage the physical demands, fast pace, and tight deadlines inherent in a busy bakery environment.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a recognized baking qualification or equivalent practical industry experience.
• Previous employment in a fast-paced bakery setting demonstrating hands-on skills.

Work Schedule

Typical roster example: Sunday to Thursday, starting at 3:00 AM and finishing at 9:00 AM.
