Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all activities of the Fruit and Vegetable department, ensuring stock quality, adequate displays, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and nurture a high-performing, connected, and flexible team dedicated to delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
• Manage daily department operations with attention to product care—temperature control, quality checks, and waste reduction as part of sustainability goals.
• Collaborate closely with store leadership and team members to maintain smooth department functions.
