About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team at Woolworths. As a Store Team Member, you will embody the warm and welcoming spirit that defines our customer service. Your responsibilities will span various areas within the store including shelving stock, arranging fresh produce displays, fulfilling online orders, and providing a courteous farewell to customers as they conclude their shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and acknowledge customers, showing care and gratitude for shopping with us.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures to maintain safety for yourself, your colleagues, and customers, including hazard awareness and reporting.
- Assist customers by answering queries and guiding them to products throughout their shopping journey.
- Maintain well-stocked and organized shelves to facilitate a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
- Pick and prepare orders for our online customers ensuring accuracy and quality.

Working Hours
Standard roster for this position is Sunday to Thursday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
