Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist customers with their daily needs and support smooth store operations.
• Maintain excellent store presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide visible and personalized customer engagement, swiftly addressing questions and complaints.
• Keep product shelves replenished, focusing especially on essentials and fresh foods.
• Ensure products meet quality standards, proper stock rotation, and appealing displays.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain store cleanliness and efficient daily routines.
• Follow all safety regulations and internal policies, report any hazards promptly.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong dedication to delivering outstanding, personalized customer service aimed at building loyalty.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and colleagues.
• High integrity and professionalism aligned with company values and policies.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach, including escalating issues when necessary.
• Availability to work flexible shifts between 4:30 PM and 6:30 AM.

Work Schedule

This position offers a roster with the following shift options:
Monday: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 6:15 AM – 9:30 AM
