Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain efficient process flows within an assigned workstream to ensure consistent operational performance.
  • Work closely alongside the Team Leader and team to facilitate smooth and effective task completion.
  • Lead night-time teams in filling shelves correctly, managing stock deliveries, and ensuring adherence to store standards including appropriate packaging and handling overstocks.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members on job, fostering a safe and healthy workplace environment.
  • Proactively address and escalate any process-related issues to the Function Lead for timely resolution.
  • Support store leadership by serving as Acting Store Manager during scheduled shifts and contributing to team engagement activities such as "Better Together" sessions.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

  • Demonstrated expertise in process excellence and a strong dedication to ongoing learning and improvement.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and other functional teams.
  • Effective leadership skills including task delegation, monitoring progress, providing feedback, coaching, and motivating team members.
  • Deep understanding of compliance standards relevant to the function, coupled with excellent communication skills to clearly convey expectations and procedures.
  • Commitment to behaviours reflecting company values.
  • Availability and willingness to work at least four weekend shifts monthly and at least one evening shift per week.

Working Hours and Schedule

The position follows a consistent roster from Monday to Thursday and Sunday, starting at 3:30 PM and concluding at midnight.
