Retail Assistant - Replenishment

About the Role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as a Retail Assistant specializing in replenishment, working at our Mosgiel, Otago location. As part of a team of over 20,000 across more than 185 stores, you will contribute to making Kiwi lives better every day by delivering excellent shopping experiences to our customers.

Work Schedule

This role involves evening to early morning shifts with the roster outlined as follows:
Monday to Sunday: 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Assist with daily store tasks to meet customer needs effectively.
• Maintain excellent store presentation to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Engage in product replenishment focusing on essential and fresh food items, ensuring stock quality, rotation, and visual appeal.
• Collaborate closely with team members ('Swarm') to facilitate smooth store operations including cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report any hazards to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
