Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance shoppers' experiences by being approachable and responsive.
• Assist customers with their needs and support daily store operations efficiently.
• Maintain an attractive and well-organized store presentation that meets high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Proactively replenish stock, especially essential and fresh products, ensuring excellent quality, proper rotation, and appealing displays.
• Collaborate closely with the team to support smooth operational workflows and uphold store cleanliness and orderliness.
• Adhere to safety protocols, promptly report hazards, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements at all times.

• Possess a strong customer-focused mindset, consistently delivering personalized assistance to build customer loyalty.
• Exhibit effective communication and interpersonal capabilities to engage positively with customers and colleagues.
• Demonstrate integrity and professionalism by upholding company values and policies strictly.
• Pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in duties and proactively communicating concerns to management as needed.
• Maintain flexible availability, particularly between 4:30 PM and 6:30 AM, to accommodate rostered shifts.

Working Hours

Rostered shifts include:

• Tuesday: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
• Wednesday: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
• Thursday: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
• Saturday: 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM
