Gate Controller

Job Overview

This role is exclusively for Saudi nationals and demands strict adherence to company policies concerning Health, Security, Safety, and Environment. The Gate Controller supports individuals with special needs at entry points and coordinates with management to uphold a secure environment through full enforcement of company HSSE policies.

Key Duties

• Ensure protection of company assets against damage, theft, or misuse.
• Promptly report any safety or security concerns to supervisors.
• Strictly follow prescribed security procedures and complete necessary documentation.
• Oversee premises’ entry points and electronic surveillance tools to maintain security effectiveness.
• Carry out all instructions from HSSE department management.
• Maintain constant vigilance and presence during assigned shifts.
• React swiftly and appropriately to emergencies, fulfilling assigned responsibilities.
• Collaborate with safety teams to implement safety measures and report non-compliances.
• Manage difficult or abnormal situations involving employees, contractors, or visitors, escalating issues as required.
• Work with plant management to address security exceptions and maintain secured premises efficiently.
• Implement and uphold the 5S organizational standard at all security guard posts without prior notice.
