About the Role
We are urgently seeking Field Sales Executives at Battery Smart to promote and sell electric vehicle (EV) batteries under a rental model. The role primarily focuses on driving E-Rickshaw battery attachments and registrations, building strong connections with local E-Rickshaw drivers, and meeting monthly sales targets to earn incentives.
Job Responsibilities
- Market and sell EV batteries on a rental basis to E-Rickshaw operators.
- Facilitate E-Rickshaw battery attachment and registration processes.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with local E-Rickshaw drivers.
- Meet monthly sales goals and earn performance-based incentives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification: Completion of 12th grade.
- At least one year of relevant experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, or On-Ground Marketing.
- Possession of a personal bike and a valid driving license.
- Effective communication and persuasive skills.
