Battery Smart is actively recruiting for the role of Station Operator to manage daily operations at their battery swapping station in Noida.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations at the battery swapping station efficiently.
- Guide and assist customers through the battery swapping process.
- Maintain accurate inventory and station records related to batteries.
- Ensure cleanliness and uphold safety standards within the station.
- Adhere strictly to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Report any technical or operational issues promptly to the respective teams.
Requirements
- Open to freshers, no prior experience required.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones is necessary.
- Good communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Candidate must show responsibility and punctuality.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
Additional Information
- Salary offered is between ₹18,000 and ₹22,000 per month.
- In-hand salary mentioned specifically as ₹20,000 per month.
