Role Overview

We invite a seasoned Staff Developer to join our Growth Team, focusing on establishing self-serve functionalities, enhancing product growth systems, and fostering accelerated experimentation alongside comprehensive feedback cycles across our B2B product range. This role acts as the key technical authority for new growth features, responsible for architectural planning and ensuring integrated execution across multifunctional teams.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

Our engineering, product, and design teams strategically incorporate AI tools throughout the development lifecycle to enhance speed without compromising quality or security. Practices include AI-assisted code reviews, scalable user research analyses, and rapid AI-generated prototyping. We maintain stringent principles for AI use, ensuring human accountability and thorough assessment before any customer release.

Responsibilities

• Lead foundational initiatives that define Product Growth across enterprise solutions.
• Drive platform enhancements to support unified experimentation capabilities internally.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data leadership to ensure technical and strategic alignment in experiments.
• Develop governance and standards to preserve performance, security, reliability, and data integrity alongside experimentation agility.
• Mentor team members, promoting advanced understanding of experimentation techniques.
• Inform roadmap priorities by balancing technical restrictions and strategic opportunities.
• Remain actively engaged in development work requiring architectural expertise.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of professional software development experience within SaaS production environments.
• Proven expertise in constructing and improving experimentation platforms, including feature flagging, A/B testing frameworks, event data pipelines, and analytics integrations.
• Strong competency in designing scalable instrumentation methods ensuring high data quality across complex product architectures.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical projects encompassing frontend, backend, and data systems.
• Proficiency in Go programming language.
• Demonstrated leadership influencing engineering directions beyond immediate teams.
• Excellent communication abilities to align multidisciplinary stakeholders on complex technical matters.

Preferred Skills

• Experience accelerating product-led growth in B2B SaaS firms.
• Background in designing compliant experimentation platforms within security-sensitive sectors.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Amplitude, Looker, and Qualtrics.

Compensation and Benefits

For Canadian-based candidates, annual salaries range between CAD 167,000 and 242,000, accompanied by an extensive benefits package including health and dental coverage, retirement savings programs, paid time off, equity grants, and additional incentives.
