Role Overview

We are inviting applications for two permanent full-time Sonographer positions based within our Gungahlin clinic. This role follows a rotating roster and welcomes professionals at all experience levels—from seasoned Sonographers desiring a supportive practice environment to newly graduated individuals aiming to advance their clinical skills with strong guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations across a diverse patient case mix
• Deliver compassionate and patient-focused care during all interactions
• Maintain superior levels of image quality ensuring diagnostic precision
• Work closely and collaboratively with onsite Radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Manage workflow efficiently within a busy clinical setting
• Contribute positively to a collegial and supportive team atmosphere

Candidate Requirements

• Current accreditation with the Australasian Sonographers Accreditation Registry (ASAR) or eligibility for the same
• A strong dedication to patient-centered service and empathetic care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to function both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accurate diagnostics
• Professional, dependable, and adaptable character
• Motivation to continuously learn and develop within the role
