Role Overview

We are inviting applications for a full-time Radiographer to join our Clayfield clinic. This position is perfect for individuals skilled in CT imaging who are interested in broadening their expertise across specialized imaging modalities such as mammography, EOS, and Bone Mineral Densitometry (BMD). While prior experience in these modalities is valued, comprehensive training will be offered to suitable candidates.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of diagnostic imaging exams, including CT scans and general X-rays.
• Support advanced imaging services, including mammography, EOS, and BMD, with training provided as necessary.
• Provide compassionate care to patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and confidentiality.
• Review imaging requests and perform procedures in line with current legislation and organizational protocols.
• Maintain exemplary image quality and uphold rigorous radiation safety standards.
• Foster a cooperative and patient-oriented team atmosphere.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in CT imaging (mandatory).
• Exposure to mammography, EOS, and/or BMD imaging is preferred; training will be provided.
• Strong dedication to patient-centered care and excellent communication skills.
• Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Possession of a relevant Medical Imaging qualification.
• Current registration with AHPRA and valid Radiation Use Licence.
• Eligibility to work full-time in Australia.
