Role Overview

We are recruiting a permanent full-time Radiographer for the Clayfield clinic located in Brisbane's inner north. This position suits a Radiographer experienced in CT who is interested in broadening expertise in specialised imaging modalities. Experience in mammography, EOS, and bone mineral densitometry (BMD) is desirable but not mandatory as training is offered.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures including CT scans and general X-rays.
• Support specialised imaging such as mammography, EOS, and BMD with training provided if needed.
• Ensure compassionate care focusing on patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality.
• Assess imaging requests and perform imaging examinations compliantly with protocols and legislation.
• Maintain high-quality imaging standards and radiation safety measures.
• Collaborate effectively within a patient-centered team environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in CT imaging is essential.
• Experience or willingness to gain skills in mammography, EOS, and/or BMD.
• Strong communication skills with a dedication to patient-focused care.
• Ability to work well independently and collaborate with colleagues.
• Possession of a relevant Medical Imaging qualification.
• Current AHPRA registration along with a Radiation Use Licence.
• Legal authorization to work in Australia.
