Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to qualify business opportunities and develop tailored solutions during the pre-sales process.
- Lead pre-sales initiatives focusing on Microsoft End User Compute (EUC) technologies including Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Entra ID.
- Create and present compelling customer presentations, proposals, and solution responses.
- Work closely with delivery teams and vendors to ensure project success and alignment with customer expectations.
- Manage day-to-day pre-sales activities and oversee resource distribution within NSW.
- Participate in sales rhythm activities such as deal reviews, pipeline evaluations, and opportunity qualification sessions.
- Nurture trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to maximize satisfaction and drive successful business outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive Microsoft pre-sales background with specialized knowledge of EUC and Identity platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in enabling sales teams to secure complex contracts.
- Hands-on experience designing solutions involving Intune, AVD, Entra ID, and familiarity with Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) is advantageous.
- Proven ability to shape opportunities, qualify leads effectively, and engage stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for translating technical information into tangible business benefits.
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and operating with autonomy.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
