About the Role

In this position, you will provide exceptional licensing support services to government and enterprise clients, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and support the Licensing team through administrative sales tasks.
- Handle inbound customer communications, assist with quotations, order tracking, and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with internal Account Managers and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify sales opportunities to upsell and capitalize on vendor promotions to boost sales performance.
- Maintain precise records and generate reports related to customer transactions.
- Establish and nurture trustful relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or licensing within the IT sector is required.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong negotiation abilities and effective issue resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented with aptitude for handling data and operating relevant systems.
- Capable of thriving in a collaborative and dynamic workplace environment.
- Familiarity with IT licensing programs and partner engagement tools is advantageous.
