About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Initiate new customer relationships by adopting a structured and disciplined plan including territory analysis, identifying target accounts, engaging prospects, and creating opportunities, all while expanding selected current accounts.
  • Apply clear sales methodologies, manage pipelines effectively, and implement account development strategies to transform initial customer contacts into ongoing revenue streams.
  • Establish trusted connections with executive, operational, and customer stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle of tenders, proposals, and solution selling from start through closing.
  • Integrate technology, professional services, and managed services to address client challenges effectively.
  • Take ownership of commercial results and collaborate closely with vendors, presales, and service teams.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience with the sale of complex IT solutions and services or transferable skills from a related technology sector.
  • Well-developed industry knowledge, established customer networks, and familiarity with complex procurement and stakeholder frameworks.
  • Strong, adaptable communication skills, sound commercial decision-making abilities, and effective negotiation competence.
  • Proactive and organised management of accounts, sales pipelines, and forecasting.
