Role Overview

As a Partner Solutions Architect at Mactores, you will be responsible for producing detailed competency documentation across multiple partner platforms, including AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Anthropic, and OpenAI. Using technical details provided by the delivery teams, you will generate audit-ready technical validation write-ups, architecture diagrams, and case studies. Your work will support partner program requirements and enable clear explanations of project deliverables to reviewers, prospects, or internal stakeholders.

You are encouraged to utilize AI tools to expedite drafting documentation; however, the accuracy and integrity of the content remain your responsibility. Consistency in format and quality across various engagements is crucial, as is identifying and communicating any gaps in project information. This position adheres to strict deadlines aligned with partner program renewal and review cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update competency documentation for Mactores' partnerships, spanning AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Anthropic, and OpenAI platforms.
• Create detailed technical validation reports, architecture diagrams, and case study materials required for partner competency and service delivery programs.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of Mactores' case studies to confidently articulate the problem statements, architectural solutions, and outcomes to various audiences.
• Leverage AI-assisted drafting tools to produce documentation while ensuring final materials are accurate and review-ready.
• Maintain consistency in documentation style and quality across partners and projects.
• Identify and raise concerns about insufficient project details that affect the ability to create comprehensive audit documentation.
• Meet firm deadlines linked to partner reviews and contract renewals.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• 2 to 3 years of experience in technical documentation, solutions architecture, or related roles involving AWS and/or modern data and AI platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Anthropic, and OpenAI.
• Proficient understanding of cloud architecture concepts capable of interpreting designs from various platforms accurately.
• Strong technical writing capabilities to transform raw technical details into clear, externally understandable documents.
• Confidence in verbal explanation of technical case studies in addition to written communication, as this role evolves toward customer-facing responsibilities.
• Experience with diagramming tools such as draw.io, Lucidchart, or equivalents for creating architecture diagrams.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into documentation workflows responsibly, verifying all AI-generated content for accuracy.
• Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of independently managing deadlines.
