Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Penetration Tester to enhance our security team. The position demands comprehensive offensive security assessments across various digital assets, including web/mobile applications, APIs, AI-based systems, networks, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute thorough penetration tests using both manual techniques and automated tools on multiple platforms including web, mobile, APIs, AI agents, internal and external networks, as well as cloud infrastructure.
• Perform hands-on exploitation of vulnerabilities to reveal actual business impacts, surpassing standard automated detection results.
• Develop detailed and clear technical reports and collaborate directly with development teams to facilitate and verify remediation efforts.
• Create and sustain custom automation scripts in Python, Go, or Bash to improve testing processes and circumvent advanced security mechanisms.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of dedicated experience in offensive cybersecurity or ethical hacking.
• Proficient knowledge of OWASP Top 10 security risks, Active Directory attack methodologies, and key security tools such as Burp Suite Pro, Metasploit, Nmap, and Cobalt Strike.
• Possession of certifications like OSCP is preferred; comparable credentials like OSWE, OSEP, or CRTO are valuable additions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical vulnerabilities into understandable business risks for stakeholders without technical backgrounds.

Additional Information

• Salary range for this role is between ₹1,000,000 to ₹1,800,000 per annum.
• Employment type is full-time and location is Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, requiring onsite presence.
