Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Site Reliability Engineer responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of robust production platforms powering AI Co-Workers. This role involves full ownership of system reliability and close collaboration with product, AI, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage dependable production infrastructure supporting AI workloads.
• Manage Kubernetes-based platforms, specifically deploying workloads on EKS, AKS, GKE, or self-managed clusters.
• Develop and sustain infrastructure automation using Terraform.
• Design and maintain Helm-based deployment processes.
• Implement reliability metrics such as SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to monitor and enhance system reliability.
• Engage in on-call duties, incident management, root cause investigation, and post-incident reviews.
• Automate operational tasks to lessen manual toil and improve efficiency.
• Enhance observability frameworks covering monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure resilience, scalability, and security of systems.
• Participate actively across the software lifecycle phases: build, deploy, and operate.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience working with Kubernetes platforms for workload design, deployment, or operation.
• Hands-on skills with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
• Practical experience deploying applications using Helm on Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in at least two programming or scripting languages such as Python, Go, Java, Bash, PowerShell, or Ruby.
• Prior Site Reliability Engineer experience or closely related roles encompassing reliability practices, on-call responsibilities, incident management, post-mortem analyses, and automation of repetitive tasks.

Desirable Expertise

• Experience with structured software development life cycles, including CI/CD pipelines, release management, and end-to-end operational delivery.
• Familiarity with one or more major cloud platforms—AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience implementing GitOps approaches such as ArgoCD.
• At least five years of relevant industry experience.
• Background in DevOps or DevSecOps, particularly managing CI/CD, automating infrastructure, and incorporating security measures.

Preferred Certifications

• Certifications relevant to Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD), cloud technologies, DevOps, DevSecOps, or programming disciplines.
