Job Overview

Due to its ongoing growth, John Paul Construction seeks an experienced Site Manager based in Dublin to oversee its projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily activities of the site labour and specialized subcontractors.
  • Support the Project team in tracking progress to ensure project milestones are achieved as scheduled.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all delivered work.
  • Ensure full adherence to Health and Safety laws and internal company policies at all times.
  • Coordinate closely with supply chain and subcontractors to nurture positive working relationships and maintain onsite culture.

Requirements

  • Between 7 to 10 years of experience in Site Management.
  • Prior work experience with a Main Contractor, preferably on large commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
  • Possession of a third-level qualification or a trade background with strong knowledge of trades.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft software tools.
  • Strong delegation and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
