Job Overview
Due to its ongoing growth, John Paul Construction seeks an experienced Site Manager based in Dublin to oversee its projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily activities of the site labour and specialized subcontractors.
- Support the Project team in tracking progress to ensure project milestones are achieved as scheduled.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all delivered work.
- Ensure full adherence to Health and Safety laws and internal company policies at all times.
- Coordinate closely with supply chain and subcontractors to nurture positive working relationships and maintain onsite culture.
Requirements
- Between 7 to 10 years of experience in Site Management.
- Prior work experience with a Main Contractor, preferably on large commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
- Possession of a third-level qualification or a trade background with strong knowledge of trades.
- Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft software tools.
- Strong delegation and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
