Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed contract and project schedules along with monthly progress reporting.
- Analyze progress patterns, productivity, and resource allocation across projects to enhance the planning department’s expertise.
- Fulfill all scheduling and reporting obligations related to tenders and contracts while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with project teams on planning and scheduling tasks.
- Build and sustain strong, cooperative relationships with project members, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Perform short- and medium-term planning assessments offering unbiased, forward-looking insights to minimize project risks.
- Critically evaluate and propose alternative construction strategies to foster continuous advancement and achieve optimal project results.
Candidate Requirements
- Holder of a relevant higher education degree.
- At least five years of professional experience in the construction industry.
- Expertise in project planning and scheduling specific to construction and civil engineering projects.
- Strong IT proficiency, especially using Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
