Job Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly valuations to track project progress.
• Provide support for daily project activities and requirements.
• Assist with the preparation and handling of tender documentation.
• Solicit and manage quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Gain thorough knowledge of all financial aspects of the project including commercial and contractual strategies to ensure efficient management of commercial elements.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a relevant third-level degree.
• Have at least five years of experience, preferably working with a main contractor.
• Experience in Construction or Civil Engineering projects, particularly in Pharmaceutical and Data Centre sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in IT and related digital tools.
