Property Manager

About the Role

We seek a seasoned Property Manager to oversee the comprehensive management and smooth operation of a high-rise residential society. The role involves ensuring excellent facility services, enhancing resident satisfaction, managing manpower resources, coordinating vendors, and maintaining statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily functions of the residential society to ensure seamless operation.
• Manage teams including technical staff, housekeeping, security, and helpdesk personnel.
• Address and resolve resident complaints promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with Residents’ Welfare Association (RWA), Association of Owners (AOA), clients, residents, vendors, and service providers.
• Supervise maintenance of critical systems such as Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Diesel Generators (DG), lifts, fire safety systems, electrical, plumbing, and pumps along with other Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services.
• Ensure implementation of preventive maintenance schedules, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with all statutory regulations.
• Perform routine on-site inspections to monitor service quality.
• Optimize manpower deployment and evaluate vendor performance as well as Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities.
• Generate and review daily and monthly reports including Management Information System (MIS) data.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate degree required; candidates with specific Facility or Property Management qualifications will be preferred.
• Must have 4 to 8 years of experience in Property or Facility Management.
