Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist who is not just any clinician but a trusted mentor and leader whom other speech pathologists rely on. This role combines advanced clinical work with leadership responsibilities, including guiding junior staff and fostering a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide, coach, and officially supervise junior speech pathologists.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions in various settings such as homes, schools, and community locations.
• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized therapy goals tailored to each participant.
• Work collaboratively with other allied health professionals including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
• Promote and nurture a positive workplace culture where clinicians are motivated and enjoy their work.

Candidate Profile

• Must be a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist.
• Prior experience working with NDIS participants is essential.
• A natural mentor who enjoys supporting and developing other clinicians.
• Demonstrates a passion for evidence-based clinical practice and leadership.
