Role Overview

We invite passionate Speech Pathologists to join our expanding team in Wollongong, with opportunities for professional development. This position involves managing a diverse community-based caseload in various environments such as homes, schools, and outreach locations. You'll engage with clients throughout all stages of life, including early childhood, adolescence, and adulthood, addressing needs like feeding, early language development, dysphagia, communication impairments, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services across community settings including home and school visits.
• Support clients from early intervention through to adult stages.
• Assist with a broad spectrum of speech and feeding challenges.
• Perform observations and standardized assessments to establish personalized, participant-focused goals.
• Deliver therapy informed by evidence-based practices that promote communication and independence.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance participant outcomes.
• Customize caseloads to align with your expertise and professional aspirations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Membership in Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) is mandatory.
• Strong commitment to community-based disability support.
• Ability to thrive within a cooperative, multidisciplinary team framework.
