About Scope

Role Overview
- Deliver tailored therapy services that focus on client strengths and development of long-term strategies based on individual needs.
- Provide goal-oriented therapy across all age groups, working collaboratively with clients and their support networks to enhance wellbeing, functional capacity, and community participation in diverse settings.
- Assist clients in multiple clinical environments by developing and continually assessing individualized therapy and support plans to ensure they are relevant and align with personal objectives.
- Offer knowledgeable and up-to-date information about available services to empower clients to make informed decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Strong alignment with Scope’s mission to empower individuals with disabilities to live as equal, autonomous participants in society.
- Proven clinical experience with a background in disability services.
- Dedication to human-centered, strength-based practices that promote inclusion and engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative team approach.

Mandatory Requirements
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Current practicing registration with AHPRA or an equivalent professional body.
- Clearances including NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
- Right to work in Australia; international police clearance required if overseas residency or employment exceeded one year in the last decade.
