Role Overview

  • Deliver therapeutic services tailored to client needs, leveraging their strengths to develop sustainable long-term solutions.
  • Provide goal-oriented therapy for children, adolescents, or adults based on your clinical scope, collaborating with significant others to enhance wellbeing, functionality, and community engagement in diverse settings.
  • Assist clients in different clinical environments to create and evaluate personalized therapy and support plans that are meaningful and aligned with their individual objectives.
  • Offer clients up-to-date and relevant information about services to empower them in making informed decisions.

Candidate Profile

  • Genuine commitment to Scope’s mission of empowering individuals to live as equal, empowered community members.
  • Experienced clinical practitioner with a background in disability services.
  • Dedication to human-centered care, strength-based methodologies, and promoting participation and inclusivity.
  • Strong communication abilities and a collaborative team approach.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Possession of a valid Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Current practicing registration with AHPRA or an equivalent professional peak body.
  • Clearance from NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Employee).
  • Valid Australian work authorization and, if applicable, an international Police Check for residence or work overseas exceeding one year within the past ten years.
