Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our vibrant R&D teams located in Cambridge and London. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence in Cambridge at least two days a week. You will spearhead the design and implementation of innovative product features that boost our offerings, balancing creativity, strategic thinking, and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive both rapid prototyping and the systematic development of existing platforms.
• Enhance our distinctive techniques for defending against previously unknown cyber-attacks.
• Integrate innovation and creativity with conventional development approaches.
• Build expertise across multiple programming languages with an option to specialize in select technologies.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Demonstrates strong analytical problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Capable of working independently with responsible decision-making yet thrives on effective team collaboration.
• Interest or knowledge in cybersecurity and malware forensics is preferred.
• Experience in statistical analysis related to static or dynamic systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Exposure to cloud computing platforms is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Additional skills in programming languages like JavaScript, Rust, and C++ are a plus but not compulsory.
