Role Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer eager to design and develop scalable technology solutions that impact property managers, their teams, and guests directly. The role emphasizes building robust APIs, automation workflows, AI-powered systems, and cloud infrastructure from scratch while supporting multiple aspects of the short-term rental lifecycle—spanning listing management to financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable applications, microservices, and APIs that manage reservations, pricing, availability, payments, guest engagements, and property operations.
• Create event-driven automation workflows to streamline repetitive tasks such as cleaning scheduling, check-in instructions dissemination, and owner statement generation.
• Leverage AI and large language models to automate communication, maintenance triage, pricing support, and portfolio management enhancement.
• Develop an API-first architecture to interconnect internal services, booking platforms, third-party providers, and clients.
• Build and sustain integrations with industry platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google, and others.
• Maintain scalable, cloud-native infrastructure ensuring performance, reliability, and growth across diverse property management businesses.
• Address complex operational challenges including real-time reservation sync, dynamic pricing intelligence, smart lock management, multi-channel guest communication, operational forecasts, and AI-driven monitoring.
• Take full ownership of projects from problem analysis through architecture, coding, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Technology Stack
