Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Security Specialist to join our Identity & Integration platform team. This platform spearheads the development and management of secure, scalable Identity and Access Management solutions as we progress toward a digital future. You will engage in building and maintaining cutting-edge identity management systems, supporting secure enterprise-scale integrations while working autonomously in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD domains and forests.
• Enhance and maintain secure remote connection solutions, including privileged session management.
• Develop and implement the next-generation workplace identity solution for ASB.
• Provide consultancy and construction for cloud-based identity integrations.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Expertise in Active Directory and domain controller management within large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID architecture.
• Proven experience with cloud identity management, including modern and legacy authentication protocols such as SAML, SCIM, B2C, OAuth, OIDC, and OpenID.
• Experience in identity security management, identity governance, and entitlement management within MS Entra ID.
• Proficiency with identity federation solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell or Batch) to query MS AD and MS Entra ID using advanced reporting tools such as MS Graph APIs and Azure Resource Management REST APIs.

Desirable Additional Skills

• Understanding of Azure Cloud Adoption Framework.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions including management and implementation.
• Familiarity with source control systems like GIT and automation through CI/CD pipelines.
• Relevant Azure certifications such as AZ-500, SC300, SC100.
