Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership in advancing IT security architectures and solutions independently.
• Establish framework standards, controls, and reference architectures by defining accepted security protocols.
• Lead in defining, designing, and implementing corporate technical security standards.
• Drive forward automation and cloud initiatives within infrastructure security.
• Assess and adopt new security technologies.
• Apply nationally and internationally recognized security standards and regulatory requirements from various sectors for information security, such as KRITIS, NIST, and BSI.

Qualifications

• Completed higher education in IT disciplines (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics) or relevant IT-related vocational training (e.g., IT specialist) coupled with practical experience in information and IT security.
• Solid professional background in IT security with deep understanding of building and refining IT security architectures.
• Profound expertise in network security, encryption, authentication, vulnerability analysis, and risk assessment.
• Extensive knowledge of virtual solutions, relevant software, and platforms.
• Strong awareness of current IT threats, associated mitigations, familiarity with common operating systems, software products, and IT baseline protection frameworks like ISO 27001.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external cooperation, along with self-initiative, organizational aptitude, systematic and goal-driven work style, and teamwork capability.
