Role Overview

Our Construction Management division is staffed with seasoned industry experts who prioritize long-term client partnerships, earning strong trust and repeat engagements. The successful Senior Project Manager will oversee daily execution and delivery of consulting services, managing workload, resources, KPIs, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and consulting teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the company’s primary contact with clients and key subcontractors throughout project execution, regularly liaising with senior management and client representatives.
• Lead negotiations on scope changes with clients and subcontractors.
• Promote and secure additional business opportunities with existing clients.
• Ensure all project instructions and commitments are addressed promptly.
• Engage in negotiations with regulatory bodies and support clients during public meetings.
• Oversee preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plans, Health & Safety Plans, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans.
• Set project program requirements and monitor deliverables to ensure compliance with standards.
• Plan, direct, supervise, and control all technical, business, financial, and administrative aspects of assigned projects.
• Advise management on field engineering procedures, construction techniques, and financial matters.
• Collaborate with managers and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for various project components.
• Ensure projects meet or exceed established targets.
• Develop and implement action plans to mitigate cost overruns, delays, or significant scope modifications.
• Maintain up-to-date change orders and documentations.
• Monitor and report project progress, milestones, and any cost or scheduling risks to management.
• Conduct weekly status meetings to review project progress and generate action items.
• Address moderately complex technical or operational challenges with limited supervision, escalating when necessary.
• Lead proposal development for routine, low-risk projects and contribute to proposals for moderate complexity projects.
• Develop client relationships aimed at fostering loyalty and repeat business through outstanding service and delivery.
• Lead project teams by assigning tasks, enforcing compliance, setting and adjusting priorities, coordinating day-to-day activities, and providing performance feedback.
• Provide on-the-job training to team members.
• Recommend resource needs for regional projects to senior leaders and influence staffing decisions.
• Offer informal coaching to junior personnel and contribute to their performance evaluations and development plans.

• Demonstrated project management experience in consultancy service delivery.
• Strong negotiation abilities to manage scope changes and secure additional client engagements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and responsibilities effectively.
• Robust problem-solving skills focused on developing practical solutions.
• Experience managing resources, KPIs, and deliverables efficiently.
• Proven leadership in guiding project teams toward meeting milestones and objectives.
