Role Overview
This full-time position based in the Riyadh Region requires managing comprehensive project delivery for tax-free shopping and commerce solutions. Responsibilities involve planning and executing project tasks, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, risk and issue management, monitoring milestones, and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee logistics, inspection, and expediting efforts to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare detailed status reports and foster communication between technical teams, business partners, and clients.
- Support continuous enhancements of project methodologies and help optimize solution deployments regionally.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient in project planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Experienced in expediting and inspection processes to guarantee timely delivery and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Skilled in logistics management to coordinate resources and workflows across diverse teams and locations.
- Background in payments, retail, travel, or commerce solution sectors is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, organizational capabilities, problem-solving aptitude, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, with Arabic considered a plus.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or possesses equivalent practical experience.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, on-site environment managing several projects concurrently.
