Job Overview

This opportunity is tailored for individuals excelling in project management fused with business analysis, strategic acumen, and commercial insight. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives from initial assessment to delivery, ensuring project goals are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee significant projects and strategic programs within Saudi Arabia, ensuring comprehensive management from initial planning through to execution and follow-up.
• Evaluate business outcomes, key performance indicators, sales, and market information to uncover growth opportunities and improvement areas.
• Stay informed on market movements, industry tendencies, competitive activities, and relevant regulatory changes.
• Convert complex data and market intelligence into concrete recommendations and executable business strategies.
• Create detailed project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and action steps to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate across departments including Commercial, Finance, Operations, IT, and other internal teams.
• Effectively manage stakeholder relationships and foster cross-team cooperation without direct command.
• Produce management-level reports, presentations, dashboards, and progress updates for senior executives.
• Partner closely with the Managing Director on task prioritization, meetings, strategic projects, and subsequent actions.
• Monitor project advancements, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively find solutions to potential challenges.
• Contribute to refining processes and initiatives aimed at boosting business and customer outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of three years’ experience in Project Management, Project Delivery, PMO, Business Analysis, Strategy, Business Development, or similar areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated track record managing projects and initiatives from inception to completion.
• Proficient in stakeholder engagement and coordinating across multiple functional teams.
• Strong analytical prowess with the capacity to transform data into meaningful business insights.
• Deep knowledge of business metrics, KPIs, and market dynamics.
• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation talents in English.
• Ability to operate autonomously, juggle numerous tasks, and perform well under pressure.
• Experience liaising with senior leadership is highly desirable.

Additional Preferences

• Background in FinTech, Payments, Financial Services, Retail, Travel, or Operations sectors.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, MicroStrategy, or comparable business intelligence platforms.
• Possession of certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or other recognized project management credentials.
• Experience collaborating with Saudi government bodies or external stakeholders.
